Our Story

Sundays for Healing began as a quiet space to share simple, soothing self-care moments and free tools that help guide your mental wellness journey.

It was born from my own experience of constantly pouring into others while forgetting to pour into myself. I realized that taking care of us isn’t selfish- it’s essential. 

My hope is to build a community where we remind one another to slow down, prioritize our well-being, and hold each other accountable for making time to refill our cups. Because healing is easier when we don’t have to do it alone.
